Alosa, the duo formed by Giulietta Vidal (vocals and percussion) and Irene Romo (vocals, cello and percussion), is currently experiencing a standout moment after winning three Enderrock Awards and celebrating with a sold-out concert at Sala Paral·lel 62 in Barcelona.

The project has further strengthened its momentum with an outstanding reception in cities such as Manchester and Madrid.

Their debut album, El primer cant del matí, features nine tracks that blend original compositions with traditional folk adaptations, balancing tradition and contemporary sensibilities.

Produced together with Arnau Figueres, the album shapes a delicate and distinctive sonic universe, with a strong focus on vocal work, cello, and traditional percussion.

With this proposal, ALOSA has positioned itself as one of the most unique voices in the new Catalan folk scene, standing out for both its artistic sensitivity and its strong connection with audiences in live performances.

With their tour already underway, the band is heading into a busy spring and summer season, performing across festivals, theatres and venues.
