With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Ryan Van Gennip brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and versatility to every project. As one of the founding directors of Rhythm Section, specialises in touring, marketing, management, and consultancy. He is also a co-founder of Australian Music Week (AMW), where he served as marketing and production manager, shaping one of Australia’s premier music conferences.

Luke is a seasoned performer and music professional, with over two decades of experience supporting artists through booking, touring, publicity, and development. In previous roles at Support Act, UNIFIED, and as Founder of corporate events agency, Lark Music, Luke is driven to grow artist careers and contemporary roots music in Australia.
